Regency Real Estate Services has been in operation since 1998. Robert Minassian, the Broker/Owner has been a licensed Realtor representing buyers and sellers since 1989 and Lena, his wife joined him in 1998 as a Realtor.
Robert and Lena have had the privilege of representing their friends and family, and clients in their real estate transactions all over Southern California. Whenever a friend referred their friend to them, even though it was in a different Southern CA county, they did not say no! They did their research and successfully represented their new referred client in their transaction. Of course, the majority of their sales is in the Glendale/Pasadena and vicinity areas as well as the San Fernando Valley, but they are always available to help a friend or any client that wants their expertise in representing them in a sale or purchase of a property anywhere in Southern CA! Important to note is that one of their clients moved to Northern CA and asked them to help him find a property there and they did not say no to that either!
As far as their training and educational background is concerned, Robert has degrees in Civil/Structural Engineering form the United Kingdom and Lena has a degree in Biology. Both are licensed in California to represent buyers and sellers of Real Estate; Robert as a Broker Realtor and Lena as a sales agent Realtor. Robert’s background in Civil and Structural Engineering give him an edge in identifying the right property for their clients, and giving the right input to the sellers as to what to do with the property to make it more marketable and attractive to buyers.
The majority of Robert and Lena’s business is not from advertising but from the referrals of their satisfied clients.
